Just received a letter from the courts. Guessing it is pretty standard. The body reads: I acknowledge receipt of your defence. A copy is being served on the claimant (or the claimant's solicitor). The claimant may contact you direct to attempt to resolve any dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the claimant will inform the court that he wishes to proceed. The court will then inform you of what will happen. Where he wishes to proceed, the claimant must contact the court within 28 days after receiving a copy of youndefence.Aftefl

I don't believe there was quite £1k of interest. From the initial £300 limit they kept increasing it. So a chunk will have been the amount borrowed.

I've not received any response to the CCA yet so will post that the moment anything arrives. Yes, Very offer something called 'Take 3' and they do buy now pay later offers. I recall after a late payment this seemed to 'void' these offers and my immediate balanced jumped up. I wish I had kept all my paperwork. Feel very silly now.

Hi, I received a letter from Northampton Business court saying that Lowell have lodged a claim (it's for £1200) I logged in and filled in the Acknowledgement of Service. I did this 2 days late though. Have I screwed everything up? Very worried. x
