When I was with CSA (arrears) I was given a " deferred debt" and was told if I didnt keep up with payments they would re introduce the deferred debt. Now that my arrears only has been transferred to CMS I have found this has been now added on. 19 years later. For that set of arrears it was back in 2000. And recieved a letter saying my arrears has been paid and to cancel D/D. Even got a payment as i over paid. But now in 2019 this DEFERRED DEBT has been added on. Any advice would be appreciated
