20/09 - much more than 14 days

4 Does the NTK mention schedule 4 of The Protections of Freedoms Act 2012? [Y/N?]

5 Is there any photographic evidence of the event?

1 pic only. ie no evidence given on how long the vehicle was there. Vehicle was not parked but waited with engine running as this was a road not a carpark

Not appealed yet - asking for advice on what grounds in addition to

NTK being late,

keeper not the driver,

signs not visible for driver so no contract

Unfair due to no grace period

etc.

Not a carpark. Trading estate near a Greggs. Geldred Close Leeds

For either option, does it say which appeals body they operate under.

Letter mentions both IAS and also has BPA logo
