Sorry I did not know thanks for removing.
When I appealed the ticket I did not receive a response I contacted them to find out what was going on and they said they had sent a rejection.
I then received a letter from a debt collector who I contacted to explain the situation.
They told me to send an email with what happened along with the CAD reference number,
I did so and didnt hear anything back until a letter from Gladstone.
I went online and disputed the claim and then they sent me this claim form.
What is the best way to approach this?
Do write a defence with what happened and is there any particular language that I would need to use?
