Hi I am after some advice in how to respond to the letter i have recently received. I contacted ADCB 2 years ago to see whether i could pay off the debt in installments after being contacted by them. I said i would pay back the amount owed 35000 aed and not the amount thats incurred interest on. However i had nothing back. Now I have Moriarty Law asking for the money. I have no idea how they got my address especially as ADCB wont have this information. Can someone give me some advice on how to proceed? Thanks
