  1. Thanks for the advice. As it turns out, I have just checked the portal on Parking Eye and it says the charge has been cancelled. I’d contacted Farm Foods and they have obviously been able to contact Parking Eye to get it cancelled. So it’s all fine . Thanks again.
  2. I don’t have the facility to scan the document, is there something in particular that you need to see? I can explain what is on there. Thsnks
  3. Thank you for the response. For PCN's received through the post [ANPR camera capture] please answer the following questions. 1 Date of the infringement 28/06/19 2 Date on the NTK [this must have been received within 14 days from the 'offence' date] There is a date issued 03/07/19 and then just a date 12/07/19. It states that it is a 'Parking Charge Notice reminder' but it is the first letter i have received. 3 Date received 15/07/19 4 Does the NTK mention schedule 4 of The Protections of Freedoms Act 2012? [Y/N?] No 5 Is there any photographic evidence of the event? Yes, entering and leaving the car park. 6 Have you appealed? [Y/N?] post up your appeal] No Have you had a response? [Y/N?] post it up 7 Who is the parking company? Parking Eye 8. Where exactly [carpark name and town] Glyn Square, Wolverton For either option, does it say which appeals body they operate under. No. It is not clear from the letter why I have been charged. I have tried to call Parking Eye to advise that this is the only letter I have received but it is only an automated payment line so I can't speak to anyone. I have entered the details on to their website and it says that I was parked for too long - the limit is 1 and a half hours, I was there for 1 hour 40 minutes. Is it correct that there is a 10 minute grace period? Also there is a Farm Foods shop there and their website says parking is free. Thanks
  4. I have received a parking charge notice reminder today for parking in the Asda car park in Glyn Square in Wolverton. I may have missed the signs but I was not aware that there were restrictions on parking. It says I now have until the 17th July (2 days!!) to pay the lesser amount before it increases. This is the first letter I have received. I’m a little unsure what the charge is actually for. The details on the back of the letter in the parking charge information section are a little vague! It says that the signage says it’s private land and managed by Parking Eye and motorists must enter their full vehicle registration into the terminal in reception (surely this can’t be the case for Asda?!). It also says that the signage also contains further terms and conditions associated with this car park by which those who park there agree to be bound. The letter states that I spent 1 hour 40 minutes in the car park. I have a 4 month old baby so nothing gets done quickly, especially shopping!! I would like any advice as to whether I should just pay the charge or try to appeal it. Thanks.
