Hi Renewed my SIA badge this month and sent my birth certificate as requested the SIA have said they have returned my documents but i have not received them been passed to DX who supposedly are the courior used by the SIA who then passed me back to the SIA to start an investigation to which i have emails and a voicemail from the SIA that states they will pay for a new birth certificate but this does not find my documents ... would like some advice as to what to do next
