If you are unsure, please check HERE If you have received any other correspondence, please mention it here Hi all, My son received this PCN,through the post, In brief, he parked in the carpark for over an hour, while he did his early morning cardio, before work. This carpark is for the patrons of the Harvester Winding wheel and is free. During business hours you have to enter your vehicle details into the console inside the premises. He parked there outside business hours (arrived at 04:20 and departed at 05:42) the premises doesn't open until 09:00. The carpark entrance is not barriered. He is wanting to apeal but is unsure what grounds to enter the appeal on. The carpark signage doesn't state anything about out of business hours parking. Could anyone advise on what to base the appeal on? Thanks in advance for any help.
