Hi :) My daughter signed up for a gym membership and never used the services at all. She then cancelled in writing at the gym some 10 to 12 days after joining. She took it in good faith that the membership was cancelled. Now, surprise surprise, CRS are emailing her asking for hundreds of additional pounds. After reading some of the threads here, it seems that CRS are the next desk along from Harlands but they wear the masks. Should she ignore all correspondence or write a letter to CRS? If so, what would you advise she write? Any help would be greatly received.
