  1. NATIONWIDE CLUTCH DISTRIBUTORS LTD AKA NCDUK AKA TECHNICLUTCH (VIA EBAY) WWW.NCDUK.COM
  2. Thanks All. Yes already sent them an e-mail informing them breaching my consumer rights. The joke is they expect any correspondance via post. I've messaged already and said I'm not wasting anymore time and e-mail is perfectly acceptable and legal. So they won't get anything in the post. Sound like a right bunch of [problematic] from what I've read up and found out after having an issue and trying to claim.
  3. Sorry to be a bit secretive, but wanting to keep it under wraps until I need to provide my evidence, purely so they do not look to get excuses prior to the court date. Can you advise based on the info given ? All contradictions are in the form of letters and e-mails. They have changed their story, but the real story stays the same. Advertising 4 years / 40,000 miles warranty and not honouring it. I'm having to use the vehicle for work, but have advised that if it causes further damage, this will be added to the claim, unless I can't drive it anymore, then should I pay to have it replaced via a local garage and wait for the claim to get my money back ? I am also sceptical about if it was out of the car, to send back to them, as from what I have read under searches, and the manufacturer has agreed to inspect it to see if genuine, copy, refurbished or genuinely faulty. Which means it's a totally independent investigation. Many Thanks
  4. Hi All, Sadly felt victim to the above company with a faulty clutch they supplied in 2017, fitted professionally (paid for that service via specialist garage). It's been 20 months and less than 15,000 miles, and now it's making noises and slipping. THey claim warranty is 4 years / 40,000 miles. False advertising as they then say you only get 6 months and the rest is "UPGRADABLE - OPTIONAL COST". Keep contradicting themselves, so have allowed them time to resolve, but due to the messing around and lies, it's now gone via a Small Claims Court file. They have changed their tune and asking for the parts back to be inspected........so what, they warranty has changed from 6 months now ? Also reviews online via various sources show they do not refund when goods are sent back, sell substandard product......And what will I do while my car is missing the clutch etc ? No timeframe or replacements offered. So at present, I'm leaving this down to the courts. Any advice people, as think all basis's are covered with proof of lies. Many Thanks
