  1. Ah apologies! What are the chances of them ignoring the letters and just proceeding straight to a summons?
  2. What would your first question to London/Southeastern Rail be? And when would you send it? (Sorry for all the questions, but it's a good help )
  3. Should I just start counting down the 15 weeks until 6 months is up, or does the 6 months not apply if it's the railway contacting me and not Indigo?
  4. Does it make a difference that the NTK (if that's what that letter actually is) is not from Indigo, but is from London & Southeastern Railway? I've also attached the bottom of that sign that was cut off I will take a photo of the ticket machine when I'm next there parking2.pdf
  5. I would normally always pay for my parking there, but the constant un-advertised price rises made me angry. It adds up a lot when you park there daily. Is that £100 an arbitrary amount as a fine? And surely it'd cost them more than that to take me to court anyway?
  6. No ticket was paid for (mainly because of the extortionate price of it for a few hours)
  7. Ah ok thanks. I found the POFA page on the gov website, and I can see the 28 days part, but not the 56? legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2012/9/schedule/4/enacted Also, is it worth going the POPLA appeal route to stop any future letters being delivered?
  8. Not that I don't believe you, but is there somewhere I should look to see this? I've attached the pdf version of the letter too parking.pdf
  9. Hi all, so I received the attached letter today (26/06/18) from the event on 11/04/18. What should i do now? Thanks!
  10. 1 The date of infringement? 11th April 2 Have you yet appealed to the parking company yet? [Y/N?] No If you haven't appealed yet - ,......... have you received a Notice To Keeper? (NTK) [must be received by you between 29-56 days] what date is on it Did the NTK provide photographic evidence? Not yet received one 3 Did the NTK mention Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (PoFA) [Y/N?] As above 4 If you appealed after receiving the NTK, did the parking company give you any information regarding the further appeals process? [it is well known that parking companies will reject any appeal whatever the circumstances] N/A 5 Who is the parking company? Indigo - (Indigo Park Solutions Ltd) 6. where exactly [Carpark name and town] did you park? Maidstone East train station car park - In Maidstone
  11. There was no ticket displayed on my car I haven't checked the signage, but will take photos of the sign on entrance soon It was the railway car park so I assume that it is railway land? Not sure how i'd know this Thanks for your help, and yes I will do!
