Hi yes this is 3 years ago with Bannatynes, i have just spoken with Citizens Advice and all they have said they will pass it on to Trading Standard so if anyone else has reported it. It would be just easier to pay but why should I lol

hi sorry to jump in on the thread, but we also have received letters 3 years after our membership should have ended, we cancelled it and heard nothing, 3 years on had 2 letters and numerous phone calls, i blocked the numbers and ignored the debt collector. Now received a letter from Major Law. the amount owing is £29 myself and £29 for my partner, any ideas what i should do please, i was at a point yesterday of just paying it until i read this. I know i cancelled this in plenty of time but i have no proof 3 years on
