  1. Thank you everyone it is certainly giving me lots of information! Yes I did receive a directions questionnaire - nursery name but signed on behalf of nursery and issued by BFL
  2. My apologies I thought it was. No I didn't put an email address on but they had an old email address on nursery records but I don't use it anymore I have checked that account though and they haven't sent anything to it

  6. Yes I asked for all the information they held on me including a signed terms and conditions, register of attendance, breakdown of fees and costs etc this was done as soon as the claim form was received as this was the first I knew about it It was mentioned in my defence
  7. Ok so they have signed up to a term. But I didn't sign a credit agreement as I paid upfront for her place - I've read other nursery terms and nowhere can I see permission is granted for credit searches
  8. I've seen this! I just don't understand how they can do credit checks (which they say) when nursery fees are paid upfront of the place and are not credit accounts?

Didn't I had paid in full and no idea about it or agree any amount owed What was the date of your last payment? May 2015 Was there a dispute with the original creditor that remains unresolved?   12. Thank you. The claimant is the nursery but it was signed and issued by BFL. I will try to look this up is if a case of a Google search?
  13. Court date been issued and limited defence submitted but nothing else yet as I wasn't sure what to do. Oh the N180 is the directions questionnaire? Yes this has been submitted and allocated to small claims - sorry for my lack of knowledge first time doing anything like this
