  3. Thank you for your replies. I previously thought about contacting the freeholder of the site but I couldn't find out who this was!? I also should have mentioned that I saw the guy from New Generation Parking taking photographs of my car when I was walking back to it. I approached him and asked what he was doing because I just thought someone was taking photos of my car on their mobile phone. His first responce was "What do you mean?" Parking Charge Notice Number - Looking for advice following a parking charge notice received. I was parked in a visitors space for 10 mins. When I got to my car the attendant was taking photos.
