  1. I dont understand what you mean by that. I have received three letters so far. Two of the UKPC and one off the DRC. Regards, J
  2. Its a parking charge. Basically, nothing will happen then?!. How many more letters should I expect to come through? Regards, J
  3. Hi all, I would like some advise if possible please. On the 28/07/17 I parked in Ravernside Retail Park, Erd, to look around the shops. When I went back to my car I received a parking ticket off UKPC for £60 as I was parked in a disabled space and didn't have a disabled badge showing. That given, I am not disabled however, in my defence I had taken photos because 1. the paint off the disabled sign is faded on the floor, 2. the sign to say it was a disabled space is not clear to the naked eye. 3. the sign is not directly upfront of the space, so very unclear. (I have all this evidence in photos)... I then met a guy called Dave who told me about this forum. i ignored the first two letters of UKPC thinking it would just go away, however I have now received a letter of DRP (Dept Recovery Plus) stating if UKPC don't receive £160 by 30/10/17 they are advising them to take me to court. yes, a little bit worried now. Any advise would be highly appreciated. Thanks J
