These hapless meatbags move slower than 200yr old tortoises . how come it takes 8 WEEKS to come up with a statement? do they write (or colour in) one word a day?? they have done nothing about the credit card charges ( after "writing"to 8 major cards ten years ago) they are more interested in dodgy car dealers than taking on the banks.
  6. how do you serve the papers yourselve? i assume you can't file the moneyclaim online papers yourselve
  7. i'm just waiting for their reply.
  8. i took your advise bankfodder and didnt meet the branch manager, though i have emailed the lawyers representing llyods tsb and i told them that their offer is rejected and the only way i would settle is if they credited the money to my account, and this money would be full and final payment regarding this case only.
  9. i really dont see the harm in meeting the branch manager,i'm curious to hear what she has to say. i'll post what she says after the meeting.
  10. i think i should meet the branch manager, if she starts feeding me bullsh*t i and tries to make me sign something i will walk out.
  11. just called the person i'm supposed to meet, told her to put everything in writing before i meet her. unfortunatly i cant open another account, i have defaulted on a blackhorse loan which i dont intend to pay a single penny.
  12. thanks for all your comments guys. they want me to meet the branch manager to discus the matter furthur and probably make me sign something, of course i wouldnt agree to not sue them in the future, and also i dont think i'll let them take my visa electron as i need it for petrol. they havent mentioned the overdraft but they can withdraw it if they want, i've just started a new job and i'm making more money so i dont need their overdraft. i already have an account with natwest but i hate them more than llyods, i havent used them for over a year and i also want to sue them. thanks again peeps.
  13. just recieved two letters in one envelope, the first one says they have the right to charge and the usual cr*p, the second says they will settle if i return my visa electron card in exchange for a atm card but they also said this i quote "payment will be in full and final settlement of this claim and any future claims you have or may have against lloyds arising out of, or in anyway connected to, this claim and any furthur charges on my account" does that mean they want me to waive the right to sue them if they charge me in the future?
