Ok thanks I've not received anything just this letter that says judgement for claimant. I've just come home to another letter from moriarty law saying as I failed to respond to the county court claim issued in the Northampton county court a judgment by default has now been entered against you etc.

I know had something from Brighthouse years ago and not heard anything until now. Not sure what the claims form should look like but they have sent an application notice to fill in asking how I want this application to be dealt with, how long I think the hearing will last etc bit confusing. They have also sent an application for suspension of a warrant and/or variation of an order. will they even have evidence that I owe this don't i have to accept liability?

I called the northants bulk who sent me some file attachments to my email for submitting an N245 and N244 application. It's also for Brighthouse not Talk Talk as I thought. I've never had anything like this so not really sure what i'm doing..so frustrating :/ thanks again

Thank you will ring them in the morning. There is a claim number so am assuming that's it. To be honest the letter doesn't even look legit and has a copy of a stamp on. Thanks again

yes I've moved I only closed the account in December which is when I moved out they said it was only closed in April, even so that was only £172 not £1600+ When you say ring northant is that the county court business centre? sorry not sure there's very limited info on this letter I haven't received a claim form no, scan at the moment but will be able to tomorrow when I'm at work.

Hi Could someone please help as I'm very new to this. I've just received a letter dated 3rd July from what looks like it's from County Court Business Centre. It says the claimant is JC International Acquisition LLC and the name for payment is Moriarty Law. It says I haven't replied to the claim form and am ordered to pay £1655.2 or £50 a month? It doesn't show what I owe it for but from looking at other posts, looks like it may be Talk Talk. Any help or how to respond will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
