i am in court tomorrow just looked at court bundle sent over bw legal / lowell some of these documents appear to be fake what should i do? help? i have compared them to genuine real documents i have in my possession. letter from bw legal entered as evidence shows wrong company office address (checked this on company's house) notice of assignment looks not to be genuine (purports to be from orange ) but bears no company info, as required under companies act the witness state is signed but does state the required text " i believe the facts stated in this witness statement are true" * the word witness has been left out opps almost forgot, their we bought your debt letter has wrong dates also no company info on it
