I have been dealing with Bw legal who are acting on behalf of Britannia Parking. The hearing is due to take place early next year. My witness statement and other documents have been sent to the court and Bw legal. However I have noticed that in the claimants pack there are 2 letters relating to offers of settlement, these were headed with Without prejudice as is to save costs. These words have been blank out as well as the offer itself, but other parts of the correspondence have been left in. I thought that privilege documents could not be used without my permission.
