Sorry ...was on my halifax account but shut both my accounts with halifax and BOS under the lloyds banking group banner

I am now worried i could get into trouble as it looks like i received the refund from the bank knowing the payment was mine ( which i didnt at the time )

Hi , just looking for some advice please .... a few months ago raised a few debit card disputes on my halifax debit card and was refunded the payments in question , after double checking my statement i found the payments to be mine ( showing under a different name on my on my bank statement ) i then called my bank and told them the payments were genine but got told as an investigation was underway to just leave the investigation into this and they would take the funds out my account when this was completed , i waited for this until this week when i received a letter through the post saying i have a cifas marker against my account and my accounts with both BOS and the halifax have been closed due to fraud .. . how can i find out if this is due to the debit card disputes . Thank you
