JC International Acquisition Were you aware the account had been assigned – did you receive a Notice of Assignment? I dont really understand this question.i knew they had got collectors involved from past letters but this is the first to be involving courts, but i told them in the past i am not paying for a service that was not provided Did you receive a Default Notice from the original creditor? again i don't know what this means, is the original creditor here talktalk? i knew years ago talktalk were after the money and i told them we didnt have any service for weeks and had to change to BT, they told us it must be a problem at our end.. but it wasn't. they were useless Have you been receiving statutory notices headed “Notice of Default sums” – at least once a year ? yeah ive had letters about it Why did you cease payments? we had no line, and before that it was a terrible connection, i cant remember all the details as it was a good few years ago but they were not helping us, saying it must have been an issue our end which it wasnt.. we told them all this on the phone back then.. no connection, no help = not paying What was the date of your last payment? i do not know.. Was there a dispute with the original creditor that remains unresolved? again im not sure how to relate to this question.. when i posted onto the last thread it was because it seemed very similar.. same companies involved and everything.. was all the help u gave them within that thread or am i missing more information.. seemed like "show them you have a little bit of legal savvy and they'll back off because talktalk are rubbish and they dont actually want to take it to court"?

Yeah, all the same details really.. even less money though, originally £153.43 risen to £228.43.. is it just a case of acknowledging, and then copy and pasting a template request for a CPR34.14? then sending the same defense you posted at a later point if they haven't provided me with anything? seems so simple..
