Hello I have a Ccj which has been on my file since February 2011. So I think it is finally due to drop off shortly. I have tried really hard to get my financial circumstances under control and think I'm finally getting somewhere! I've been paying £10 a month to this debt but haven't paid for a few months, maybe about three or four. Not heard a thing from the DCA chasing until today. They have sent a letter asking me to start making payments again which I'm happy to do but am worried that by doing this I'll be on their radar and they might try and Ccj me again. Can they do this? I will keep paying until the debt is cleared but what if if I didn't? Could they still damage my credit file? Thank you so much for any help.
