Hello & Happy New Year I have a pretty much straight forward PPI claim but was wondering what the highest APR anyone has applied and won? Just asking as years ago I won a case against Halifax plc. on a bank charges case & asked for their default credit apr of 28.9% & the judge agreed but it was stayed by oft high court outcome. My case is against HSBC dating back to 2002 applied as "self employed" & I have the original contract. just curious
