Hello everyone, Finally taking the plunge and readying myself for my claims against Clydesdale Bank in Scotland and MBNA credit card (and possibly others lol). Have read through all the FAQS etc and think i'm sorted and ready to go. But could anyone confirm if i just send my request for charges to my local branch with the £10 fee or is there a specific addess? I have all the letters from the templates library ready to go. Also any further info anyone can give me regarding my claims, especially with being in Scotland, would be most grateful. Especially as i understand (i think) that there are limits to what you can claim for in Scotland but 2 different ways to go about it Thank you all in advance and good luck to everyone. Steve
