  1. Hi all, On Saturday 19th November, I parked on raised paving in the Hillsborough leisure pool car park (operated by Vehicle Control Services Ltd) while the car park was full. Reading older posts about VCS and restricted areas, the advice was to ignore (e.g. /forum/showthread.php?325746-Vehicle-Control-Services-Parking-Charge-at-Centertainment-Broughton-Lane-Sheffield/page3). Given recent changes, I guess ignore is the wrong course now, but I'd like to contest the charge of £100. New double yellow lines have been added around the car park (on the ends of rows), but none were around the raised area. There are no signs stating it was a restricted area, though I would concede it being paved was a hint. Does anyone have thoughts on how I should proceed? Thanks in advance!
