  1. Well they agreed to raise the original offer by £150 , so total £429 sounds fair to me
  2. Hi this complaint is due to a settlement figure that I was first shocked about but thought it must be right. But later on I was told there was something wrong with domestic and general offer and urged me to imitate the complaint procedure Item cost £749 now this included features not included in the comparison item of £279 given by product replacement 120GB hard drive, now the one chosen for comparison didn’t have any hard drive but 128gb memory card costs £79 that I have needed to fork out http://www.argos.co.uk/product/3398544. So I take out insurance and to use the device it is costing me more money. I have asked to see it, it’s very flimsy plastic not very good at all, and even some online reviews don’t rate it well, but I’m told to except that. Now Argos specs don’t match up to Sony Old 16:9 Mode . 2048 x 1536 (3M) / 4:3 Mode . 2048 x 1152 (2.3M Comparison Model 2.29 Megapixels(16:9)/approx.1.71 Megapixels(4:3) So less megapixels don’t really make a good comparasion —- The Camera sensor is smaller Old 4.5mm (1/4 type) EXMOR R™ CMOS Sensor Comparison Model 1/5.8 type(3.1mm) back-illuminated Exmor R CMOS Sensor The camera is bigger in the older model ——— Old: Has a touch Panel Comparison Model: Has no touch panel ——- Old: Still image recording on internal HDD Comparison: NO HDD option only memory card I had to buy separate. Why should I have to pay more out ——- Old: D range optimiser Comparison: No d range optimiser ——— Old: It has a charger that plugs into the wall Comparasion: This item has a USB Battery charger. Yes(Recording/Playback(supplied AC Adaptor AC-UUD11) this is not a wall charger Playback(not supplied AC Adaptor limiting 500mA)) So again another poor comparasion, loads of cables to then charge up to a wall using USB, and the charger is hard to get if broken rather than readily available ——- To me what I have been shown is not like for like, it’s so far from like for like, including my extra costs I had to pay for replace the storage in the device that domestic and general never looked it. So looking at this and thinking do i have A case
  3. How long from handing documents to amendment of council tax back to 2004 ( originally 2010) take to sort. Do ESA get to see a SMI, does that help ESA support group or make it worse like make them think I don't qualify now Because some parts are all new to me
  4. I had a chat with them and they then put me onto the senior manager. He said it's a confusing thing he said but for us the DLA is the key to the decision. We can do the backdate from 2004 - 2010 as long as we get the DLA letter proof. I said can you see is moderate and said sorry if I sounded cheeky. He said it's ok as I said earlier the moderate is supported by having DLA and not to worry
  5. If they was taking two direct debits is there anything the bank can do to get it back
  6. Well I have got the council tax exemption and first part of backdate is £1644 (2010) but they couldn't find my DLA from 2004 to 2010, I been told to forward it to council and rest will be backdated But I get not one same 1. I was told I must declare to ESA. Even if under £6000 2.Is the backdated money counted as capital ( I was told there is no set rule) 3.I don't pay council tax but do I still get yearly letter just to know
  7. Is it better or quicker to hand evidence into the local council tax office than to email
  8. Just cause I don't know the law, ESA said it will be a indiviual case as to if it's counted as capital
  9. How does ESA work regards a backpayment of council tax benefit which will soon take me to the lower limit, do I have to tell them, does it get disregarded, am I allowed to spend it as I see fit, what about capital limits
  10. This link might work I was told https://m.facebook.com/groups/1436735326603785?view=permalink&id=1805907846353196&comment_id=1805911223019525&notif_t=group_comment&notif_id=1477470287979123&ref=m_notif
  11. I was told : I've been reading up about this. Severe mental impairment can be applied to someone with a diagnosis of autism or autism spectrum disorder. Aspergers does come under this. Anyone with this diagnosis can be classed as having 'arrested development' and that then leads to 'severe mental impairment' it doesn't matter if your doctor writes that you have moderate aspergers. Any form of autism can be defined as 'severe mental impairment' regardless of where on the spectrum it is xxx
  12. Well somebody said there is legislation now about asd all being entitled but I haven't heard anything
  13. But I was told this is it true I've been reading up about this. Severe mental impairment can be applied to someone with a diagnosis of autism or autism spectrum disorder.
