Went to my friends 2300hrs, some guy pulls up ask who's car , I say mine , he's says move it, I ask who he is, he says he works on behalf of the company who owns the build to manage the parking , I say sorry you can't make me move, he threatened to slash my tyres , at this time my friends pulls up in his car and I leave, came back to my car no ticket on there and now if parking has passed this on to DRP ltd , I'm not paying this but will this cause bailiffs coming round and if so how do I go about getting this quashed , cheers steve

I'm not at any stage I'm not paying simple I'm just going to report the guy for threats and falsely saying they have ticketed my car do you work for this company

I recently bumped into some random guy at 2300hrs , I didn't know who he was, he asked me to move my car , i said no and he threatened to slash my tyres I quickly went into my friends car, there was no ticket on my car when I came back , 3 weeks later I'm getting letters saying I owe £160 , this firm is a joke , does any body have a template letter where I can get them off my back
