Thank you I have got to grips with this site and ordered my books and downloaded the templates and letters Barclays are now in the crosshairs!!!

Hi all, I am new here and I have never used a forum or site like this before! Please excuse me if I fail on etiquette but I was hoping that someone out there had tussled with Barclays and would be willing to share their experiance with me. I am beginning to sort the mess that is my personal finance and hoped that this would be a good place to start. Getting back what is rightfully mine!
