  4. Hi guys, well I've recieved all my statements and added up my charges, I've now put them into the spreadsheet provided. I'm ready to send my next letter with my spreadsheet attached but I havn't calculated any interest on them and was gonna send it without the interest. My questions are, is this advisable not to calculate th amount without the interest and if not then does anyone have any advice on how to do it, I have read the templates but I'm not very good with calculations and spreadsheets and am finding it very difficult to understand. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
  5. Hi, thanks for the quick response, I'll try the other spreadsheet tomorrow. Thanks again maverik1979
  6. Hi guys, just after some advice please. I've finally got round to ordering my statements and working out my charges. I've searched through to find the next step for my claim which is putting the numbers into the spreadsheet to work out interest for the total amount. But when I try to open the spreadsheet my computer can't download it, i don't think it has the right software. Can anyone tell me another way round this, other than trying to do it on some-elses computer. Many thanks in advance.
  7. Thanks for that Have done some reading up and I'm quite confident I could get one of these accounts which is reassuring. Thanks for the tip.

  9. Thanks for that. Under the terms of my iva I must declare any extra money i have, so the chances are if i managed to reclaim some charges then they would just take it off me. This may possibly reduce the term of the iva, however i can't help thinkin that hsbc would just take the money off the debt. With regards to were these charges involved in my final debt then the answer is probobly! It was mainly a loan from hsbc that just kept getting consolidated without being warned of the final effects. I can't help but think that these charges may be returned but in the end i'm not actually benefi
