Hi, could someone please advice me on how to respond to this?
I have recieved a final notice from BW legal acting for Excel parking.*
It dates back to 6th June 2014 when i parked on the moor street car park in Brierley Hill to visit iceland. I payed my 50p fee but the machine kept my money and did not issue a ticket. So i left a note in my windscreen and explained this. I was in and out within 10 minutes.
A few weeks later i recieved the first of many letters from Excel demanding various amounts which i have ignored, then collection agencies which i also have ignored.
I have now recieved this final notice from bw legal demanding i psy £154.00 within 10 days of the letter or they will commence with county court proceedings.
I dont want to ignore this one but im not sure how to respond, any advice or draft of a response letter would be greatly appreciated.
