It's over 4 years so the 50% mark would be Nov/Dec time but that's if I could get the car off her to hand back as don't know where I stand with it. Thanks

Hi This is my first time posting so hope I'm in the right place. Just under two years ago a very close friend of mine separated from her partner, he left her with nothing, she has four children and was really struggling. She needed a car to get to her job, which she could not get public transport to and tried to get finance for a car but was refused she was asked at the garage if anyone else would be able to get finance for her. After all she had been through I felt sorry for her and stupidly agreed to get finance for her with Black Horse which was arranged through the garage. When we went to collect the car, they completed the log book and put the car in her name although the finance was in my name, I found this a bit strange but just went with it as had not seen her so happy for a long time. Now this is where it all goes wrong, she has paid the car every month for just over a year, we have now had a fallen out and have not spoken for 2 months, she has not paid the payment into my account to cover the car payment this month, I have messaged her but no reply, so am, going to have to pay it myself. I know it's my own fault and was stupid in trusting her but just wondered if there is anything I can do because although the finance is in my name she is the registered owner of the car. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
