  1. Hi Folks. Just a tip most of you are aware, but just in case. I do a lot of buying/ selling on ebay and came across a very funny client. He bought a ring of me and offered, after winning it to pay with a American Cheque, 1000 times the amount he owed me. He offered me 30% of the sum and when I refused started threatening and all kinds of tricks. Even threatened me with police and court, due to the ring was not his expectation as a wedding presy. To cut it short, I contacted the local police about it and handed all correspondence over. It was a fraudster, please, all of you. be aware that if you except a cheque like this, you are relyable for the outcome! Also, if you give ANY personal information away to this people, you are again relyable. These guys are highly organized gangs and have no scruples, stay on guard!
  2. I send my letter straight to: Data Controller HSBC Bank plc 8 Canada Square London E145HQ Cut out the middleman and time wasters and go to the top. I had a letter back within a week, including the £ 10 fee and a week later my statements. Sending now my claim, £ 2235. If this was of help, please click on the scales, right hand side please.
  3. Here we go! Just worked out they owe me £ 1185, when I had a letter from them today. Telling me to pay back my overdraft within 14 days. When I rung them I was told only a managed loan is possible for me now or court action. Putting the thumbscrews on, the B?:£$&s!!! Now they picked a fight and it will hurt them! Could anybody please let me know what a schedule sheet looks like? I am only a humble forklift driver!
  4. So with common sense, its safer to tackle them one by one, not all at ones. Just in case one or two turn sour.
  5. A question just came to mind. Is it not very risky to claim back from creditcards? What if they cancel the contract afterwards?
  6. Hi everyone. Now here is a goody! HSBCs answer! Listen to that: Thank you for your letter dated blah blah. We will forward to you copies blah blah. WE are happy to waive any fees for the production of this information and we return your payment. Hows that? Did they finaly get the message, or just scared?

Even if I discussed my problems with one person, an hour later the next rung for the same problem again. I was a nervous wreck. To be honest, english is not my first lingo and I learned it on building sites, first of all the F words, but not even them worked on HSBC.
