  2. I am unable to prove that. I am not sure if Natwest has any records of that. I doubt it. Frankly speaking when I called Natwest I was told that the person who dealt with my query has not recorded in their system and they had no reference apart of the complaint from the Claims Guys and they said that they have responded to that by awarding me the money. My other theory is that someone in Natwest has dealings with someone at the Claims guys, otherwise my call would have been recorded and referenced properly. I was wondering what happens with small claims if you do not respond to any court requests for the money, apart of being affected on credit scoring.
