I just ran into something that I want to "brave my self" if something goes wrong.
The problem is I am trying to return a phone (quite expensive) I bought online (UK base retailer). The company does not allow to book return over the phone, only on their website.
However, I cannot book a return form their website. I email them about the situation, they reply to me that they are looking into it and the problem could take up to 5 working day to fix.
That make me confuse is that under Consumer Contracts Regulations (CCR) i have 14 day to told them, which i already did and they accep
