  1. I will be back to let you all know how it goes! Its also my Birthday on that day!
  2. Hi all, I put in for PIP last October, and i have been waiting all this time for a F2F assessment! well i just phoned ATOS to see when my assessment would be or even if they had one for me, the woman on the phone was very good she had a look and she said we have a cancellation but its in london on the 18th of this month, i said i have no way of getting there as i'm 30 miles away, i asked if i can get a taxi and she said yes and that they will book it for me, so happy i phoned them up today. The wait is over!
  3. yea that's right mate! more interest on top, my one is almost 4x what you are asking for? so a lot to be added to my one....
  4. That's good to know! still waiting for FOS to get back to me about my complaint? they are still looking into it. Thank you for that Dx
  5. It took me 6 months to get all my paper work of them when i sent the SAR, i had to get the ICO on to them! so this will also work for me if and when the day comes for court!
  6. But how can they take the first payment with out seeing the out standing paper work BH are asking for now??? so you bend the rules to take first payment but! then you with hold the goods until you seen the paper work that you have asked for!! and you still want a payment each week knowing he has not come up with the paper work yet, That sounds like BH to me!
  7. Nice one Beddz, happy you got put in the right Group, like you i'm also waiting for my PIP assessment! hoping its not to much longer to wait.
  8. I don't think i would pay them anything! i would go to court if i had to, like the rest of the guys have said how can they tell how much pain you are in, my 3 boys ask me each day how are you dad and i say yea i'm ok and smile, I have RA (rheumatoid disease/arthritis!) and i'm in pain every day of the week, and it gets very bad if i sit around doing nothing, so i make a point of doing thing around the house and going round to the shop once a day! if i don't do this i would end up in more pain, cos we are in pain all the time does that mean we can not smile then! like i said i would not pay anything, i would fihgt this all the way.........
  9. Hi there, That's the same letter as i got from them! just delaying tactics as they know they don't have a leg to stand on and this is why they have new agreements now! as they come under the spot light of the FCA now and not the FOS, all my paper work is with the FOS and i'm waiting for them to deal with it, but they are taking there time, if i don't hear anything by the end of next month i will be taking BH to Court!! see all this delaying tactics is dumb as more interest! will be added as some months have past, so the longer they delay the more they have to pay!
  10. Hi there, I understand what you are saying! but as of last sept they had to have new agreements made up as they now come under the FCA and not the FOS, as there old agreements would have been under the spot light, as everything you had said is right! but for there old agreements, where as there new agreements the price you pay for the goods is 3 times more than it use to be, but there is no OSC or DLC and the new agreements cover everything, i'm not sure how they have done this or how they word it in there new agreements, so there for they are not making anyone take out any linked agreements like they use to as there is none linked to the new ones, the price you pay! lets say TV cost £35 a week now! and where the same TV last year may have cost you £20 see what i'm saying! i'm not sure how they have done it, if they think someone willing pay 79% APR then they will sell items, but if not then it will not be long before they go under. I have 5 items that i'm claiming the OSC & DLC back of them, from 2007 to 2012, its all with FOS and i'm just waiting for them to get back to me about this, but if i get no joy that way i will be taking them to court!
  11. yes it could be seen that way, but £5.50 pre agreement ! when they will not let you pay them by pre agreement! pre week! they always want all theagreements paid,
  12. I'm so Happy i'm not with them anymore! how they get away with £5.50 late fee! and then say its administration costs we incur, when we all know they have auto system that tells them when someone is late.
  13. What administration costs! its all done by PC so what costs are there when your system auto tells you when someone is late?? as you don't send letters out you make a call to that late person! so what calls cost £5.50 each do they??..... and don't get me started on your so called OSC, it was never Optional when i got my first item as i was told i had to have it as it was my first item! so tell me how that is Optional What i would like to know is you say its £5.50 pre agreement? now say someone has 4 items why will BH not let them pay for 2 items that week, But BH always what the full payment for all items, i can not see how you can do this! , when that person has 4 agreements 1 for each item, by not letting them pay! for 2 items that week, they will get late fees for all items! (like you said each agreement has a late fee! but BH will not let anyone pay for 1 agreement in any given week they always what paying for all) i'm sure BH are breaking the Law! by not letting anyone pay for 1 or 2 items when they have more then 2.
  14. HI there, Dont let them bully you! they can not do anything to you, if they do not take the £20 of you just say ok i'll note it down that i offered you it! but you said no, and then walk out of the shop, if anyone comes to your house just tell them to go away, and next time they phone you tell them you know your rights! and if they wish to talk to you tell them to do it by letter only, this should stop them from calling,
  15. Thank you antone:-) will they just send it out to me! if i ask?
  16. Hi all. I had assessment, done about 2 months ago for my ESA as i have been on it 2 years and i would like to get a copy of that last assessment. I had been put into the WRAG a week before my ESA assessment, i told the WRAG that i have assessment next week and that i'm not sure why i'm here. well that day came and went! and the woman that did it was very good and understanding. so i call DWP a week later to ask what was going on and they told me i have been pulled out of the WRAG and put back on support group. so anyway, i would like to have a copy of that assessment, what are the first steps i need to take. Thanks
  17. council tax £112 a month, this would work out at £28 a week, so £220+£74+28=£322
  18. well i just got of the phone to them, they told me they are starting to send letters out to the one's that have been waiting a long time, and that i/we should get a letter soon......... How true this is!........ just have to wait and see what comes.
