  1. hi ,ime also in arrears with my loan i took out back in 2013 ,,i got it out for my partner at the time in my name foolishly ,, anyway i had a visit back it 2013 from the area manager ,i explained what had happened and that i had been a victim of domestic violence with this ex partner now and was suffering anxiety and was very vulnerable due to the circumstances ide been through ,, she was very understanding and arranged i pay £2 per week instead of the £10 which was the origanal amount to be paid weekly, ive since missed alot of these payments for over 6 weeks plus as i suffer from agraphobia and dont get out and never have money on me as i shop online and everything is done online with me,, today i had a visit unannounced from the area manager ,i had my daughter and grandchildren here visiting and my son in law answerd the door as i wont answer the door to anyone ,, it was this chap and he asked for me ,i was standing in my kitchen which is opposite the front door so could see him , he asked if it was ok to have a chat so being put of guard i said yes ok come in, he stood in kitchen and asked if ok to speak infront of the people i said yes its my daughter , he seemed a bit unsure of what to say and said i was just in the area so thought ide call as u havnt been paying any payments for some time ,,i said i only pay a pound to two pound a week anyway ,,he then replied very sarcasticaly well you aint even paying that are you ,, i was feeling very vulnerable at this stage the way he was speaking to me and so my daughter stepped in and said ,,my mother suffers anxiety and depression and is very vulnerable and doesnt deal with strangers in her home very well and i think you are being rather rude the way you are speaking to my mum ,, i then turned to him and told him to leave and he was muttering under his breath being sraci with a smerk on his face ,,very arogant person he was and made me feel very uneasy and nervous ,as he walked out he turned and said thankyou for your time sarcasticaly and i told him dont bother caliing here again ,and shut the door ,, i have heard that they are not suppose to come unnanounced so was wondering if there is anything i can do to prevent this happening again ,,as was lucky my daughter was with me this time but ime worrying now ile have another knock on door from someone else from provident , would be very gratefull for some advice on this please if anyone could help./
