    Ok got info - Card started with Virgin 7/5/2007 went into deafault 31/1/2011 telephone calls with Virgin and Arrow over this account and items on it. Both not willing to supply details or listen or respond to my request. At the end of the day I am willing to pay a certain amount to clear debit but not the amount they are asking. Now despite sending 2 written requests for details of the account I have received nothing. Thanks

Credit Card When did you enter into the original agreement before or after 2007? Do not remember Has the claim been issued by the original creditor or was the account assigned and it is the Debt purchaser who has issued the claim. Debt purchaser Were you aware the account had been assigned – did you receive a Notice of Assignment? Not aware Did you receive a Default Notice from the original creditor?     Can I dispute claim by filling in form due to the fact that I have received no information as requested and give details of request's sent and no information has been received. Thanks

    Hi, I have not got all the informtion to fill in the Q&A form. Do not have any details of the account other than the letters sent by Restons and a letter from Arrow. I have noticed that the letter I sent to Arrow was sent to a Manchester address that was on the letter they sent me which I have had no reply from. The claim is from an address in Guernsey

    Update sent request to arrow did not receive any reply now been sent a claim form from county court. Any advice please Thanks

    Arrow stated that all communication should be through Restons.

    Yes they did return the £1. I just want them to supply details of account because I don't think they have any.This dates back to 2007. I have had my signature lifted in the past and put on an application form.

    Never got anything from Arrow just a notification letter of Transfer of account to a new agency (Restons) So I sent request for details of account & £1 Has anybody any idea's on how I should respond to this request Thanks

    Hello I received a letter from Restons a couple of weeks ago regarding a debt from Arrow regarding a credit card. I sent the £1 request for details and have now recieved a letter back saying they are ignoring my request as the letter has not been signed Can they do this or do they want to lift my signature to paste it on documents Thanks
