I'm just starting out on this PPI road today and came across this thread whilst looking for an address to write to Next about PPI payments. Am I right in thinking it's this Phoenix entity that I need to write to and not Next directly? Any advice greatly appreciated. Well done to those of you who have been battling with them for months (years even!) to get what you are rightly owed.
