We parked our vehicle at the Meet & Greet parking at Stansted airport for 7 days .. Upon return we found a dent in the drivers side door of our vehicle .. Using theyr photo's on the entry system we determined the dent WAS not there on entry . We filled a claim form in with the supervisor on duty before leaving to drive home .. Some 7 days later we received a letter from "empark" with the following paragraph ... " We have reviewed all the details concerning the damage to your vehicle alongside the terms and conditions under which London Stansted Airport provides Meet & Greet parking services ..Under these terms and conditions Stansted Airport is only responsible for the damage caused to a customers vehicle should that damage occur whilst the vehicle is being driven by one of the Meet & Greet drivers . From the details we have regarding the damage to your vehicle there is no evidence that the damage can be attributed to the driver .. " It goes on to say they do not accept liability .. .. How can this be real . .. The vehicle has been damaged whilst in there care . .. The damage looks as if the drivers door as been opened and banged on to a object , OR someone has opened a car door on to our vehicle ... ...a white vehicle as there are signs of white paint .. Our vehicle is Black ........... Help please . Thank you Chris P
