  5. Had this today sounds really scary lol Following our initial letter,we are disappointed that your account with xercise 4 less is still in arrears and our fee has not been paid. We would still like to reach an amicable resolution to this, however,if you fail to respond to this letter,we will have no option but to commence further action to recover the monies owed.the options available to us are: 1. Legal action 1.we will write a formal letter explaining what we are demanding and give you a final opportunity to pay/reply; 2.if this failed to settle the matter we would issue proceedings against you in the county court; 3.you could Then either; A. make payment, ending the legal process,or B. Dispute some,or all,of the amount was owed. 4. If you dispute the amount was owed the court process would continue,at the end of which the court would make a decision on our claim. 5. A strict court imposed timescale will apply in relation to the court process. We're we to be successful in our claim,or if you ignore the claim,a county court judgement (ccj) maybe registered against you requiring you to make payment.you may also be liable for our costs of pursuing legal action and interest on the amount owed. If then fail to pay the amount covered by the ccj we would take the next steps required yo enforce the judgement.to do this we would have to make an application to court. 2.outsource to external agents your account will be passed to another collection agency who will take further action to recover the monies owed. YOU CAN AVOID THIS HAPPENING IF WITHIN THE NEXT 10 DAYS YOU CONTACT US ON 01444449165 TO ARRANGE PAYMENT WITH US . Is this just hot air ?

  10. I bought a car in August last year with a 12 month warranty on it I had some issues done before I had it but 2 of the issues I still have, the cars been back twice to try and fix them only it's still has the issues. 1 issue is intermittent hence the period of time it's taken to send the car back.the last time it went back in was 2 weeks ago I had the call to say it was done so preceded to go pick it up,he told me what he changed and do on my way I went only to realise the issues were still there I pulled over and checked what had been changed and to my surprise none of what he said he had done had ,I promptly turned around and took it back and asked again what he had done he said the same as before so I told him I don't believe that these jobs have been done to which he didn't say much just I've spent £450 on that Mmm,he then told me to humor him and drive it for the weekend to see if it got any better ??? And ring him on Monday if the issues were still there, obviously they were so I rang on Monday only to get an answer machine so I left. A message at 9 o'clock expecting him to return my call?i left it till 3oclock and rang him back again to which I got him he told me he'd ring me in the morning I've now waited a week and today 14/3/16 I rang and left to messages of which he has not got back to me. Can some one please advise me on what to say/do next as I'm about an hour away from him and don't want to waste a journey and I'm getting concerned he's ignoring my calls, oh and the warranty is suppose to be a silver rated one so pretty much everything is covered Can anyone help
