Hi, I've received a parking charge notice from ParkingEye for staying too long in a car park. I read another thread from someone who had the same letter and also from Scotland. The thread ended in March when he said he would send a letter to them and update if he heard back. Either he didn't hear back, or forgot to update the thread. My questions: Is this charge enforceable in Scotland? could I be taken to court if I do not pay?
