It seems my account now outstanding is £825.02 and has been passed to the internal collections department been contacted by a Andrew Law-Riding Customer Liaison Adviser Directors Office Studio but the letter refusing to payback the defaults was a different office Complaints handler thanks Mike

Hi dx got letter this morning from Studios complaints handler saying I am in receipt of your letter and can confirm a copy of the credit agreement was sent to you which is sent to all of our customers therefore did not have your signature on it. Just reminding myself why default charges are applied n they charge these fees to help cover the cost incurred but however the credit agreement allows Studio to apply default charges in payment as these are less than the pre estimated costs to Studio they do not agree these default charges are unfair. Well I gave them 14 days to reply after asking for my money back so today is the last day thought letter then to remind them if not as above ombudsman thanks Mike

Hi mate rang me today I was out I asked them to only mail me surely Studio know they need a signed n dated credit agreement by me not having that means I haven't agreed to anything defaults adding interest anything Studio say once you order an item and start paying for it means you agree to all the terms thanks Mike

Hi dx well I asked for a copy of my credit agreement meaning agreement signed and dated by myself Studio odviously they do not have one the copy's they have sent are just waste of time do suppose they can put a default on my credit history or take me to court without a valid credit agreement they have put a hold on my account till 27 Feb so I'll see what happens if nowt then I'll think about the ombudsman thanks dx Mike

Hi dx they phoned me I didn't know the number so answered it , the is only one date on both copy's that's at the top says consumer credit act 1974 Studio have signed it no date when signed no dignities by myself on ether but Studio have wrote my name and address on top off one I have never signed any agreement I also ask in future I would like to be contacted by post they still say my account started on 21/11/06 But not of the first list of transactions show account started 01/01/92 I sent my request for repayment of deefaults on 17/01/16 and gave Studio 14 days to reply thanks sir Mike

Hi guys n gals sent my request off last Friday for my be faults back I've had a few Red statements throw from Studio for myself to pay I've had 3 SAR packs now n two credit agreements signed by Studio but NOT signed be myself to night just had a telephone call from Studio asking me to pay my account I informed the lady that what is happening myself sending a letter asking for my defaults back which she remarked that when you buy from Studio you agree to pay interest n defaults if missed payments as my credit agreement I told her Studio donot have a valid credit agreement by myself she put my account on hold till 27/02/16 thanks guys mike

Thanks dx some good reading I will prepare a letter to reclaim the defaults tomorrow for the full £1,900 and also remind them I could reclaim back to 1993 I'll send a copy of 1993 statement for prove also the have no Cca signed by myself I have not agreed to anything also that I have been a good customer since 1993 plus my medical condition condition get this wrote up thanks dx Mike

Thanks for the reply do I have asked for the pre 2006 files and all Studio says is the have been archived if I can get the compound interest added to the default list I have I will ask for this back which could maybe payoff Studio n a bit more thanks for the reply I know I'm a pain in the butt thanks Mike

Right well received a red statement for money today telling me that the will be putting a Default on my credit account and I wouldn't get any more credit really need to get this finished send Studio a letter for refund of all the £20-12. For default on my account as my Mrs is ill in hospital really don't need this thanks Mike

No mate they are only giving me statements from back 2012 but got a run down from 2006 won't give me anything before that. Ave APR think is 39.8% but since last month they have charged me 59.9% with some service charge on top. going to see this mate tomorrow he's been on holiday see if he can help with the spread sheet according to Studio I only have £244 defaults let's face it I've been a model costumer think I should try n reclaim the defaults n service charges as they have no signed credit agreement for myself thanks dx mike

Crazy things I bought from Studio total£2,735 Bank transfer. £2,829 Admin n default £244 Service charge. £1,228 Amount left to pay £867.19 This is from their break down since 2006 I've paid like £2,450 on top of what I bought crazy still waiting for all the statements to arrive strange Studio couldn't give me statements from start of account 1993 thanks for your top advice guys Mike Driving me crazy this paperwork from Studio going over it again Studio can only provide statements from 2012 anything before that has been archived but they have provided a list of transactions from 21/11/ 2006 till today they say this is when the account started BUT I already have a list from them saying account started in 1993 but no entries till 2012 no doubt studio don't what me have statements before 2006 this is when defaults changed from £20 to the no £12 do I add intrest in one lump sum I've found two amounts 39.8% and 44.8% plus Service charge is added at 0.02.6 in the pound every 28 days any thoughts guys thanks Mike

Yes dx as I said above Studio sent a credit agreement signed by them but that is all no signature from myself on it and they say I will get statements from 2006 anything before this has been archived the statements are arriving in drips n drabs also a run down of the account since 2006 and a letter explaining why I the charges have applied do I take their word for it the run down from them (as above ) it correct can only start adding things up when I've got all the statements about 108 of them think I should just remind Studio that we do not have a valid credit agreement and go for a refund of all charges and closer of my account thanks dx mike
