I got involved with this group of companies in much the same way as Grumpy Customer (5.Feb.2015). The first I knew of it was a 'pop-up' thank you for ordering a free trial of some products. Although I had not ordered anything, the products did look interesting and as the only thing that I had to pay was postage, I went ahead, using my credit card for the postage. The goods arrived and I thought no more of it until I got my credit card bill, showing the postage on 15th July 2015 (which was as I expected). However, on 31st July, I had been charged £97.95 by Henesai Ltd, then on 3rd August £99.98 by Aka Marketing Ltd. These are all part of the same group and in addition to those in the heading of this post, there is also Gold-Serum.Com and there may be more. My credit card account shows Gold-Serum as Istanbul, Henesai as Prague and Aka Marketing as Hertfordshire (its registered office is a registration agent in Hitchin). I have reported all this to my credit card company and they are investigating.
