  1. On 23.7.15 I upgraded my phone through Carphone Warehouse. I changed provider from O2 to Vodaphone. I migrated my existing phone number. I confirmed that my direct debit should be changed to Vodaphone for agreed new sum and my O2 account should be cancelled. I have had nothing but trouble with the upgrade process. It took over a week for me to make an outgoing call.!I called Vodaphone and was transferred to three different people. I was told it was a billing problem. I explained I was a new customer so there shouldn't be a problem. They said they would ring me back within 5 mins-
