.Hi - I did read anticipate but was a little unsure as to what to do. I hadn't heard anything about the PCN for so long and then to get the two letters made me a little uneasy. Thanks for the reassurance, it is appreciated. What usually happens with these do they continue to send letters?

Hi honeybee13 - thanks for your reply. I have uploaded a pdf of the body of the most recent letter. It isn't an official claim form but that they 'anticipate being instructed to commence CCJ proceedings without further notice' Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hi - I have scanned the letter as best as I can. Unfortunately when I scanned it my printer began to print a test sheet over the letter but I have attached the body of the letter for you. Hope it's ok. Thanks for your help. Scanned Image.pdf

Hi - I know how you feel - I heard nothing for a long time and now it has reared it's ugly head again and it is stressful. Was your PCN issued at the same location?

Hi again I posted way back in July 2015 regarding a PCN I received on 21 June 2015 when parked with a blue badge in double yellow lines on Eastgate Wharf in Lewes. Everyone was so helpful and I thought as I had heard nothing from March 2016 to June 2017 it was over but in June received 2 x letters from ZZPS with debt collection notice and then a notice of intended legal collections. This was closely followed by 2 x letters from Wright Hassell the latter being received today being a 'Formal Letter of Claim'. Would you be able to advise me that to do now? If you need a synopsis of the saga from June 2015 to now am happy to. Had some great support before from you all so would be so grateful again. Thank you

Hello again - as before everyone was so helpful before and I thought maybe that was the end of the fiasco today have come home to a letter from Gladstones Solicitors with the paragraph that reads 'as all other attempts have failed, our client MAY now instruct us to take legal action against you in County Court' . It then requests £160 within 14 days with payment to go to DRPL. Can you please advise me what to do now and what the implications may be. Thank you all again

Hi, have received a letter today in connection with the PCN I received on 21 June 2015. It is from DRP (Debt Recovery Plus) and is demanding payment for £160, with a payment date of 15/09/15. Any advice what to do now would be appreciated - thanks

I have reverted to the old method of sticking something over the personal details - given up with ever being able to manage editing anything on a PC. I will attach the new scanned ones and hopefully they will be OK. Any help really is appreciated.
