It looks like I am the 5th person on this forum to fall for his lies - time to get Trading Standards onto him. I have also been a victim of John. Also known is JONSON DEVELOPMENTS LTD (included in case people google that - when we hired him I didn't have is surname to look for - I found nothing on Jonson, and am heartbroken to find plenty now I know he's also John Pearson). We are pursuing him through Action Fraud - he has walked off with £27,500 of our money and has left my flat in ruins with no kitchen and no bathrooms - completely uninhabitable.
