  1. hi i've just had back my final rejection letter after sending off my LBA letter. I'm feeling pretty nervous myself as i have reached the point of no return. Good luck with your claim. Gareth.
  2. Just recieved my rejection letter from LloydsTSB which is disappointing but not unexpected. I have now wrote my letter before action and will drop it through the banks door tonight. It's annoying we all have to play this game of cat and mouse with the banks as each letter takes so much time for them to reply. Hope everyones elses claims are going well.
  3. Thanks for all your replies and good luck with all your claims.
  4. If for some reason someone has been to court and lost for not following the correct proceedures would they be able to resubmit their claim to the bank/ courts or would that be the end of the matter?
  5. You would of thought that at least one bank would have tested the water.
  6. Just wondering how many people have gone to court and lost a case against the back. If so what reasons were give?
  7. Had a letter back off the bank today saying they had recieved my claim and apologising for the delay but it is now with the claims department. Took a photo copy of my original letter with the sticker saying addressee has gone away just in case it helps further down the line.
  8. I've just come back off holiday to find my origanal letter with a copy of all charges the bank have imposed on me returned stating the addressee has gone away. The address they asked me to send the information to was Swallow House, PO Box 139, 10 Swallow Street, Birmingham. I am now going to take the claim to my local branch and let them take it from there. Has this happened to anyone else?
  9. Hi all i started posting in the welcome page so have now moved to the right thread. Hi All I am trying to claim back £3912.59 which I think I have been charged in charges. I have sent the first letter to the bank and they sent me what must have been a telephone directory in bank charges. I have then proceded to enter these into the online calculator which shocked me to see exactly how muck money i have been throwing down the drain over the years. I have now sent the second letter asking for the charges to be refunded along with the interest and gave them 14 days in which to respond. Th

  11. Many thanks for that. I have drafted the letter and will send it off on the 2nd August. Fingures crossed that I get a possitive result.
