I have just received an Application for Attachment of Earnings Order from Peterborough Court with Welcome Financial Services Ltd as Judgement Creditor. However, I don't know this company, have never heard of them until now and they say I owe them £5188.10! Surely they should at least have the decency to contact me before to detail how they think I owe this money? I got to say the form is very scruffy and poorly photocopied, can this be a [problem]? Will try and call the court concerned to verify this, and at the same time contact Citizens Advice. Any Advice?
