I am technically in arrears as although I maintain payments some are by arrangement in default. Thanks to everyone for the heads up and I will update once I have any further contact from these guys

Thanks for that. Just had a quick read through there. So they are not a courier then... Do theses work for the courts or are they just a debt collection agency? I don't have any debts that are not being paid so confused... Thanks for the reply though and the link referral

Not really other than they have called 3 times in last week putting a card through door which Looks like the type a courier leaves if you miss a parcel delivery. The cards never have any of the sections filled in ie name etc And just have a tick in box where it says call to rearrange delivery with an. 0345 number. Whenever I call it just rings and I never get an answer....

Hello, I'm a new user and would be grateful of any pointers with this. I have recently been receiving cards through my door from a company Called aps? I'm not expecting any deliveries and they won't leave the 'parcel' With anybody else. Is this some sort of bailiff? Has anybody had similar experiences? Thanks
