New Generation Parking Management

Hi, I have received a Parking Charge Notice for supposedly parking illegally in Talbot Green. The alleged offence was 21st February but i only received the charge yesterday 3rd March. There are some very small pictures on the form and it says i can go to the website to view but they are not on there. I know i was there at the time but used the bay to turn round only. what come be done to help please?
